Lauren (Stemper) Accolla, LMFT

(Littleton/Denver Location) Lauren has a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. She received her Bachelor’s from Gonzaga University in Washington. Because the family is the most important unit of society, Lauren’s passion is to work with them to provide healing and wholeness. Not only does she specialize in working with children and adolescents, she also works with couples to help deepen their intimacy, improve communication, and work together to parent their children. Lauren believes that there is never a wrong time or wrong reason to seek therapy, as everyone needs support in their lives. Therefore, she enjoys creating that healthy and powerful therapeutic relationship with her clients. She believes that the role of the therapist is to help the clients attain their goals, improve their emotional health, and integrate the Catholic faith while doing so. Lauren's Catholic faith is at the heart of all her work, as she believes that we are healed through God's love and the recognition that we are created in His image and likeness.
